Biagio's Bistro was a great choice for a birthday dinner! Overall- an excellent stay, highly recommended for a little weekend getaway. It was built in 1896 and was owned by multiple owners before becoming a bed.
Take a left onto the sidewalk when leaving the house and take a nice, safe 12 minute walk to find several small shops and eateries. The Market Street Inn is located in Wooster, Ohio, in the towns historic district. We recommend that you spend some time on the little porch in the gliders, as well as checking out the little neighborhood business district nearby. We also enjoyed talking with Maria during breakfast, as well as meeting her sweet dog, AJ.
Truly an amazing breakfast both mornings, but the frittata was our favorite. Request the frittata with avocado, salsa, and sour cream with the chicken maple sausage. Gaslight’s fourth floor bedroom is at the peak of the house, above all neighboring rooftops, and surrounded by trees. I truly appreciate Maria taking the time to do this for me! She is also an exquisite cook. Maria is such an excellent host and amazing cook! She prepared the Swiss Family Robinson Room for my husband's birthday (at my request) with champagne, a big birthday balloon, and his favorite- lemon meringue pie! He was surprised, and touched by the thoughtfulness. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we would highly recommend the Gaslight Bed and Breakfast to anyone wanting to visit the Cincinnati area. We were able to park right out front on the street, and we walked about 6 miles around the neighborhoods and felt very safe. It was nice to sit outside and to hear the birds chirping and the rain falling. :-) The covered porch on the second floor where we stayed was so wonderful for reading as we had rain all weekend. She is so wonderful and we feel like we have known her for years after just two days. The breakfasts were so delicious and we really enjoyed spending time talking with Maria in the morning as we ate.

We especially appreciated the free water and soda in the fridge, and the little basket of snacks that we were allowed to munch on during our stay. The guest room, bathroom, kitchen, and breakfast area were super clean and very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed at the door and given a tour of our room and the parts of the house that we were welcome to use. We had an amazing time staying at the Gaslight Bed and Breakfast.
